after that we proceed to IMM for the birthday dinner !
1st we head to CRYSTAL JADE FINE DINING RESTAURANT !
BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE !! NV EVER GO THIS CRYSTAL JADE FINE DINING !!!
the story goes like this ...
we walk into the restaurant le, then greeted by the staff as usual. got our sit , then menu was given..
the waitress cam over to took order , 1st thingy straight my mum jiu ask the waitress whether got PEKING DUCK ?
the waitress say got.. so we ordered PEKING DUCK
then after that we proceed to ordered prawn and tofu all that.. then asked got the famous chicken meat. they say dun haf ..
then waitress say " why not haf a fish ? "
so waitress jiu bring me over to choose a fish
i chosen a fish and went back to table and sit.
order 6 barleys of drinks as we were 6 pax.
then the drinks came.
we started drinking the drinks.
then the waitress come again say " sorry the fish was taken up already . would u mind other fish ? "
all of us was unpleased as we chosen already and how could they give to others ?
then the 1st dish salty egg prawns they going to put on table liao . suddenly waitress come and say NO MORE PEKING DUCK !!!!
EVERYONE FACE CHANGE !
wat service is this ? order everything liao then in the end say this dun haf that dun haf .
in the end we asked to speak to manager.
manager came and ask us try other dish .
its ok that we can try other dish , but when those items u dun haf it .. checked properly and tell us in the 1st place. and not when we ordered everything . settle down le then say all we wanted dun haf . the feeling was like.. all nice food all eaten by others. ask us try other dish is like telling us that those food others dun ordered , then we eat their left over of the restaurant ? wat is this ? is this service should be provided by FINE DINING restaurant ?
then after that we all stand up and wan leave the restaurant , my mum ask to bill for the drinks..
the bill come. $26 + .
we look at the bill. we just have 6 barleys and charge us $26 ?
we take a closer look at the bill. they charge us for 2 bowl peanuts and wet tissue
its ok if we eat everything and enjoy the whole meal there we pay for wet tissue and peanuts no problem about that . but we haven even eat any food . did not touch even the wrapper of the wet tissue and they still got the face to charge us for that ?
all of us was more furious to that china waitress. the china waitress was sweating and keep apologise . and she go to the manager again to remove the items.
in the end charge us only for the 6 barleys we have drank ~ $15 for 6 barleys . its ok . FINE DINING mah. its ok we can pay , and they still got the cheek to charge us . lols. gf was saying , wat cust service is this.. restaurant fault and still charge us for drinks also . should have make it complimentary . i also agreed lor. if they waive off the drinks charges .. maybe still can understand that maybe is their product knowledge of their stocks is no gd. but now they even charge us for the 6 BARLEYS for $15 . i reali tink that their service is POOR POOR POOR. i WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go there !!!
my mum pay by credit card and when the china waitress bring the amended bill for my mum to sign .. the waitress keep apologise. MY MUM use a strict voice and tell the waitress " IN SINGAPORE , NO USE KEEP SAYING SORRY ! show us wat u got . not show us WHAT U DONT HAF !

1st fault : dun haf PEKING DUCK still say got. my mum was craving for it . and we came in here becoz its famous for PEKING DUCK.
2nd fault : the fish is already booked by me and i even go to the aquarium to choose with the waitress , and still can give it to others ? ppl is customers we are not la ? thats why our fish given to others ?
3rd fault : still charge us for 6 barleys which just drinks nia and cannot complimentary ?
RATING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF CRYSTAL JADE FINE DINING RESTAURANT @ IMM : -100 / 10 . HAHA NEGATIVE 100 over 10
and the above pic we took so happily .. is at the next restaurant we go . LONG BEACH RESTAURANT. the service GOOD ! we were treated IMPORTANTLY. the manager still come and mingle ard with us when we having food. still introduce food. when we last min want to change orders. they make it a STRAIGHT NO PROBLEM for us.
even have the chef to stand infront of us to cut the PEKING DUCK and FISH infront of us so to prove to customers that we are having all the flesh of the fish and the duck. THUMBS UP !!!
